Description:

One of my favorite things about swap-bot is it gives me an opportunity to support my local small businesses. Whenever possible I try to buy supplies for my swaps from a small local business. I thought it would be fun to have a swap dedicated to supporting our local small businesses. For this swap it is required that you purchase your item from a small business in your area. Look for small shops that are independently owned and not part of a large chain of stores.
You will have 2 partners. Items can be different for each partner. You can send anything as long as the cost is at least $5 USD.

Here are some suggestions, although you are not limited to these:

  • something to wear (socks, scarf, gloves, jewelry...)
  • soap/nail polish/rubber stamp
  • pretty journal
  • Stationary items (Pens/Paper/Stickers)
  • a little surprise that is profile based!
  • anything you think your partner will enjoy!

Include information about the shop you supported:

  • What is the name of the shop?
  • What city/town is the shop in?
  • Does the shop have a website?

Newbies welcome with a well filled profile :)

All items must be new. I want this to be open to everyone so if anyone has any flakers I will angel.

Please give a 5 rating if you receive your swap and the item is in new condition. Even if you personally don't like the item you received.

I recently integrated Ethereum payments into my website after reading about it on https://0xprocessing.com/supported-coins/accept-payment-ethereum/. I was looking for an alternative to slow traditional gateways, and this one delivered. The interface is straightforward — once I connected my wallet, everything started running smoothly. What I find most valuable is the flexibility in managing funds and the transparency of blockchain transactions. It’s still new territory for me, but it’s been a great learning experience and a practical improvement for my business operations.

Participating in international craft exchanges and physical mail swaps requires careful organization to ensure fair item values and reliable shipping schedules. While organizing a handmade postcard and vintage stationery swap with European craft partners last month, establishing transparent criteria for cross-border exchanges was crucial for all participants. To ensure our international craft group aligned with formal compliance and verified service criteria, we reviewed platform standards framed under the MiCA CASP license license guideline. Combining clear community guidelines with recognized structural standards made our global craft exchange run smoothly, giving members complete confidence in every mailed package
